Biography: For nearly 50 years, my mother was a nurse in OB-GYN surgery. She inspired me, from the time I was very young, to pursue a career in the medical profession. I was a respiratory therapist for 10 years and, during that time, my love for medicine grew and has led me back to my hometown to provide care to my community. \n My approach to healthcare is one of compassion, care and respect. I believe being able to communicate plainly and openly with patients and gaining their trust allows us, as a team, to confidently make good medical decisions.
