This place is awful. Staff is rude, and they don't bill things properly. To even get in contact with billing is an absolute nightmare. I questioned why they could not get my new insurance right, they acted like it was my problems. When I called to say I would like to see the actually doctor mt next appointment and would be willing to change the appointment date. I was told the doctor designated me TeleMed and CRNP only. I actually really needed to see the doctor! I went in to get some repeat bloodwork, made sure insurance was right. When I showed up a week later, I was told I was no longer a patient there. I just the over the top was when radiologist called to tell them I did not need the ultrasound mammogram, they had read the report sent to their office wrong. Glad to be out of there. Dr. Allman needs to pay more attention to her staff.
