He acts 'too busy' to answer questions, give feedback and assist his patients. I've been there for a year and each time I see him it makes my skin crawl as he provides absolutely zero insight to how to fix multiple issues I've had that (are not) improving.

I am being treated for headaches. The staff and physicians are wonderful. I would highly recommend this medical office.

I have been a patient of Dr Kapoor for over 10 years. Dr Kapoor is great. Ever since the change of ownership the service has been below poor. I have to request my medication each month. I texted my request, fax my request and tried to call it in and nothing happens. I have to go to the office and try to catch Dr Kapoor between patients to get my request to her for my medications. Second issue is; when I talk with someone or they call to confirm an appointment the persons can’t be easily understood. When companies select people to verbally interact with the public they should they should have people who can be understood and to be able to understand you. I understand that other patients have the same issues. I have let my concerns be known ever since the change of ownership and nothing changes. Owner does not care. If I were you I would go somewhere else.
