They don't care about losing patients.
I wanted to see Dr Farrukh Qureshi, their policy is to take patients rights away by keeping them same doctor for rest of their life. I never heard office policy like this. I got no where with dr wood 2015 so I stopped going there my man sees dr Q so I tried make apt. It's sad they don't have empathy or compassion ridiculous office policy. If he was good doctor knowledge I wouldn't stopped seeing him long time agnoo. Good luck to you all. In my opinion it's really messes up.

One star is too many ...
Laziest doctor I have met. Does not take the time to figure things out, always rushing me and does not hear a thing I say. I have NOT been helped by anyone at this clinic in the years I have been there. It makes me sick to my stomach to even think about going there, calling there, or even seeing their ugly logo. I hate this clinic.

Epilepsy, mental confusion
Was there for about 45 minutes?Axe saw the doctor for about 2,3 minutes Didn't even get to finish the paperwork. They gave me in other words, the paperwork was useless. He didn't address what I put in the paperwork. What so ever and rush me out the door Mind, you never finished the paperwork until I was done with the hospital. Visit not sure. What the paperwork is for if he isn't going to address my problems that I am writing down what a joke.

An absolutely pathetic office
My visits with Dr. Woods have been good - when I can get them. The office refuses to answer the phone, they don't return texts (their direction, not mine - it's unprofessional). I can't even make an appointment. Many doctor offices today offer poor customer service. This one takes it to the next level. I will be changing doctors and reporting this office to the insurance company.

Under Rated
Was in a hurry and didn't want to take the time to answers my questions or discuss a solution. Dr. Woods tried to exit the room three times and I had to call him back each time to answer my questions. When asked if that was it with the exam because I needed to know if there was anything I can do for nerve damage, as he was walking out of the room, he sated 'I don't like you, your not my friend, by' as he walked out the room and I never got an answer.

A quack
First off, I had an appointment scheduled, but I called to see if I could get in sooner. I was told by the person that the dr. had moved. Nice. They never contacted me about their move. If it wasn't for I called to see if I could get in sooner, I'd never had known. He told me my problems with numbness in the leg and wrist was due to neuropathy, even though my PCP said it wasn't because my diabetes is under control. He never examined me he just said my doctor was wrong and there is nothing I could do about it. I went to a chiropractor and got some relief after the first visit.... it's a pinched nerve, not neuropathy. He's a quack!!!! I recommend using a different neurologist. I'll never go back.

In a hurry
The appearance of the office is dismal, in need of an upgrade. Dr Woods is inconsistently attentive. He asks very few questions and gives very little information about the plan of care. He speeds in and out of the exam room, with brief or nonexistent physical assessment. Knowledge base appears to be thorough, but doesn't share much with patient. The office staff is hard to get a hold of, but when I do speak to them, they are helpful and friendly. Texting seems to be a better way to communicate with them. George and Lezley are prompt in relaying your message and kind.

I love Dr Woods. I decided to not continue to see him however due to his staff. It's been over a year since I started this process with Dr. Woods. He was referred to me but his office staff has been nothing but a headache. They can't seem to get it right. My appointment next week was supposed to be my 3rd appt for migraines. Although it is helping, the staff is making it SO DIFFICULT for me to continue. Dr. Woods knows his stuff, it's just too bad his staff is ruining his business!

I was sent for a brain scan and haven't heard back from the doctor or staff. This is the most incompetent office and staff. I won't be going back to him. The office is a mess and very unprofessional. Doctor is not very attentive. Bad all around experience and still no results.

Dr. Woods is a wonderful and caring physician. He truly cares about your wellbeing and wants you to feel your best. His staff is helpful and pleasant to work with. After experiencing some debilitating migraines and trips to the emergency room, I found Dr. Woods and he was able to get my migraines under control and managed with some as needed medication. I am forever grateful for Dr. Woods and his staff.

Dr Woods is nice, however, his staff on Chandler AZ are not, it looks like they don't make enogh money or earn a misarable salary so, that's probably they are no friendly people, so, very disappointed with them, will never recommend that office to anyone.
