Complete Egotistical Incompetence
Today was the last day my mom and I will ever set foot inside Archwell Health. My mom got stuck with Melinda Jones-Saah, FNP. She is argumentative and set in her ways, and she refuses to do what's best for the patients or their caregivers. I gave FMLA paperwork to Melinda 3 weeks ago. It only got signed AFTER I scheduled ANOTHER appointment for today for the paperwork (and took MORE time off work to do it). I had even filled out the paperwork as all her previous doctors had done, and Melinda STILL couldn't get it done in THREE WEEKS!!She refused to allow for incapacity, so if my mom has an emergency, I can't take time off work and be covered by FMLA to take care of her. She put the wrong date of onset of my mom's condition, and she won't fix it. She refuses to allow for time for me to take my mom to her 5 different specialists. The paperwork is basically worthless. This, on top of it taking SEVEN months to get my mom's CPAP after her sleep study. There's much more to tell...
