Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor or clinic. When the PA, Bertha, dropped her tablet on my foot, injuring my toe on the first appointment, I should've taken that as a warning. She's no longer there ..I wonder why. Even the doctor, Alessandra Clark, quit the same day and I believe her replacement is severely incompetent. The prescription medication strengths are changed every time I refill, leading Optumrx to question why and I've gone over two weeks without thyroid meds being filled at all and then was denied blood work to check my declining levels. For a telehealth, I was not sent a link to attend.For an in person, I arrived and was told the appointment was never scheduled due to new receptionist not knowing how. Referrals to specialists were also denied even though they are doctors I've seen in the past that were requesting them for continuity of care. Much more, unfortunately. I would not recommend Dr. Lin Clark at all. Reception staff try to be helpful and are nice.

I was really excited about them at first. Went in, saw an actual doctor. Then it all went South. I tried to use the patient portal to get refills on a few of my meds only to find that all their forms require you to submit your doctors name. I did but it didn't recognize the name. I tried the name of the doctor who oversee's the place...it didn't recognize the name. I called them and they gave me the name of another doctor to try...didn't recognize the name. I called them back and they wanted me to come in on my time for some class later in the week, during the day, on how to work their bloody patient portal. Archwell may be good...someday. But right now just stay way, far away from them. Myself, I'm going back to Community Partner which was the place I was leaving.
