I was told after I established care I'd get my referral through the patient portal and medications once labs were reviewed. A week and a half later I had no referral or medications, despite my lab work results being available for a week. This was with me calling every day.Now my provider has gone on vacation for a week without ever filling my prescription, and their policy doesn't allow anyone else to cover for him and fill my prescription. This is the perfect primary care facility if you love NEVER actually getting any primary care.

Staff members are incompetent, they will cover their butts when they know they have wronged you. They refuse to be liable for the mistakes they have made. So please be aware i would change to another place if i were any of you.

I had been a patient here for 5+ years and up until recently been happy with the care I received. At the end of last year (2021) John Aldinger left the practice and thats when problems started after I was switched to Ethan Nguyen as my provider. I found myself having to jump through all sorts of hoops to continue receiving the same care and medication I’ve been receiving for 5+ years from multiple other providers at the practice. Suddenly prescription refills were being denied because a new policy was rolled out with no notice requiring separate appointments for PreP and other medications/medical needs. Luckily I found John Aldinger at One Medical in Scottsdale and have started going there, night and day improvement. Now if only Spectrum would send my medical records over to my new provider as requested.
