Better Options Available!
Process moves at a snail's pace until you get to the doctor, then everything goes into overdrive. What's worse, they do not bother to bill Medicare for the covered 'eye health' portion of the exam, as promised by the receptionist. Eight months later, when my inappropriate charge was turned over to a collection agency, they finally contacted me to discuss... Too Late!
