I received excellent care here until the pandemic. However, over the course of the last two years, the level of care and organizational competency has plummeted to levels that not even Dante Alighieri could have imagined. Case manager doesn’t return phone calls, and makes no apologies for the… inconsideration. Then there are the doctors nurse practitioners. On the medical side, NP Magboo, is so unprofessional that she actually threw my case file at me and stormed out of the room before finishing my appointment. Why? Because I said I didn’t care to hear some anecdote she was going on about. The Psychiatric NP, Mr. Kwon, is a decent np, but is clearly overworked, overwhelmed and, I suspect, horribly underpaid. Then there’s the administration. When I called the admin office to voice my discontent, Carl Anderson – Quality Management Director, pretended to be a doctor and told me everything was my fault because I was not listening to, “the experts.” … WHAT!?
