NORTH COAST EYE CTR

I went to Morris Eye Group to pick up my contact lens prescription. The woman who was supposed to be “educating” me on how to use them reversed the labeling on the right and left contact. I have astigmatism in one eye so the shape of the contact lenses are different as well as the prescription. I could not believe how uncomfortable they were and I could barely see. The woman told me I would get used to them and to put a couple drops of solution in my eyes if they continued to bother me. Fortunately I read the indications for the solution she gave me and it was for cleaning the lenses and not meant to be put directly into the eyes. I was ready to swear off contacts entirely but ended up going back to see the eye doctor the following week and she realized the contacts were reversed. I wrote a review that was internal to Morris Eye Group because I wanted to give them an opportunity to address these errors before sharing my experience in a public forum. I never heard back from them.
