I was diagnosed with Basal Cell Carcinoma following a biopsy. My Dermatologist suggested Mohs surgery and to have it done at the Skin and Cancer Center of Arizona. I was seen by Dr. Moul who told me about the treatment options available to me. Due to its location on my nose, Dr. Moul warned that if the damaged tissue was extensive, i may even opt for Plastic surgery to close the wound. She also said that if tissue damage was minimal, i would have good results. Thankfully, my BCC damage was minimal. And on the advice of Dr. Moul, we left the wound to heal naturally, without any stitches. It's now fully healed and I couldn't be happier of the result. Only noticeable if you knew you had surgery there. Thank you, Dr. Moul and her staff did an excellent job.
