I have been seeing Dr. Lau for several years. He is very thorough and explains things very well; is patient and I trust his judgement . Upon arriving for an appointment, my wait time is less than 5 minutes. For my last two visits, I have been seen by Jeanine Ishak, a certified Nurse Practitioner who was outstanding. She has terrific interpersonal skills, is very conscientious and explains things in easily understood terms. I am an 81 year old senior who has seen his share of medical professionals over the years, and Jeanine ranks at the very top of the list in terms of her knowledge, skills and interpersonal demeanor. To repeat, she is outstanding!
