Excellent. This was my second appointment with Jeanine. I found her very professional, knowledgeable. I came to her with a bad case of dermatitis and had a yeast infection on my scalp. She treated me in a variety of ways which have been successful. She took her time with me and explained everything. I would highly recommend her to all.

Need an exceptional nurse practitioner? Do not look any further! Jeanine, I refer to her as Doctor Jeanine, is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, decisive, kind, polite, and respectful. Prior to meeting her, I had visited urgent care twice for the same skin condition, and after each visit my health condition continued to worsen. But once having been seen by Doctor Jeanine I immediately was on the road to recovery. As you would expect I highly recommend her. She is such a blessing! Truly, a benchmark for all nurse practitioners. Doctor Jeanine is outstanding.

She is friendly and professional and made me feel so comfortable during the most thorough skin check I've ever had. I have had very uncomfortable dry itchy feet for decades. I have gone to several doctors and dermatologists in the past. Nurse Practicians Ishak gave me a regimented treatment plan, including a few prescription medications, and finally solved my skin problem in less than two months. She was very receptive when the first medicine did not work. I appreciated also that she did not automatically go to the medicine which would have required me to do blood tests before and after. I originally wanted to see Dr. Sun because my daughter goes to her, but NP Ishak had an opening sooner so I went to her instead. I feel I got an excellent level of care and I would certainly refer other people to this office and specifically to NP Ishak.

My wife and I just moved down here and needed a good dermatologist. Jeanine was recommended to us by a family member. Wow! She is great! Our old dermatologist would charge us two visits to fix some minor skin issues. Not Jeanine! She'll zap us with her Nitrogen as soon as she discovers an issue, if that is the correct form of treatment. She writes down what she needs us to do with both medications and other over the counter products. That is so helpful to us. Her follow thru is top notch. She really cares about her patients. I look forward to going to the doctor when I know I'll be seeing her. Recommend her? ABSOLUTELY!

I took my young adult daughter to see Jeanine as I had heard from a friend she was really good. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently she was able to ask the right questions, listen carefully, diagnose and then provide a detailed and thorough treatment plan for my daughter. I was diagnosed with my first melanoma in 2015, Jeanine called me. She was so caring and concerned and she explained what was found and how it was going to be treated. Fast forward 2019. Jeanine was no longer at the office I was going to in Camarillo. I saw a different dermatologist for my three month checkup. He told me all was fine and to come back in 6 months. He was not concerned that I had already had melanoma once before. That was in April. In October I learned that Jeanine was now with Dr. Panagotacos in Westlake. I called and was given an appointment right away. 4 weeks later Jeanine called to let me know a new melanoma was discovered. Jeanine is the most caring considerate individuals you are going to come in contact with and that makes her the person you want to see for all your skin care needs. She deeply cares for all of her patients and always goes above and beyond to treat each of us. She is so thorough in examinations and never overlooks anything. When treatment plans are not working she tries new and innovative techniques to accomplish the end goals. I have been seeing Jeanine for many years now and recommend her to everyone.
