Be careful
sold by office Mgr Lola and paid 3k towards a 17k procedure. Changed my mind and called them one hour after the consult. No pre-op was done and they won'tgive me my money back. They won't even offer any other services to actually earn the 3 even though their contract states they will I attempted to get this resolved, but no one calls back.

Dr. RIM and her team were amazing! I had my hair restoration procedure 3 months ago and I have had no issues with pain or swelling since. Dr. gave me a consultation before we started and explained everything in detail and what I should expect during the procedure and in the coming months. The procedure took close to 7 hours, but her technicians and staff were more than attentive to my needs and made sure I was happy with the results by the time I left! I hope I have the opportunity to recommend him to friends when their time comes. If you’re struggling with your hair, don’t accept your fate! Call Dr RIM and if you’re within a reasonable distance they can help you!
