Once again, the gentleman at the desk far to the left of you showroom, whose name escapes me for the moment, was wonderfully helpful in getting my glasses straightened out and working well after I had bent them in a fall. He has done excellent service for me in that way over many years, and I'm grateful for his kind and expert attention. Bob Jones

I had serious eye injury and Eye Care Institute was so awesome getting me in late afternoon before the weekend. We got stuck in traffic.. lost, delaying me for Appt. Dr. Arwa Alsamarae and ECI were so awesome. Dr. Alsamarae diagnosed retina tear, telephoned retina specialist and got me scheduled to see him--all at the end of the day Friday. Great, great care!!
