Dr. Abramson is very friendly. He listens to me about my eye concerns and then miraculously fixes my contacts so I can see the world in perfect clarity. With my advancing age, my eyes are changing. I am confident in Dr Abramson’s Medical ability and his assessment of my eyes and my continuing eye care.

As others have stated, this guy is not about the patients. ALL he talked about was how disappointed he is in his sons (??); he gave me an rx for single vision glasses when I've been wearing bifocals for 14 years and the contact he prescribed me is so weak I will now just go to another office for another diagnosis. He also made some weird comment about how my ability to wear only one contact is due to my "Type-B personality trait" and not just because I have one eye that's degenerated faster than the other. How do you make a snap-judgement on someone you just met about a physical trait when you're a doctor? Yeah, this was maybe the weirdest medical-type appointment I've ever had.

I wish I could give no stars. Abrupt, condescending and hostile. Doesn't answer questions and refused to give me a copy of my prescription. I had to insist.

Gave me an in correct prescription for eyeglasses. When I returned for a re-check the new prescription's axis went from OD 90 to 120 and OS from 70 to 30. My lens provider told me that there was no way the axis RX should have increased to that degree in two years. I now am getting a third eye exam by another doctor. I have zero confidence in Dr. Abramson and would not recommend him for any eye evaluation.
