The ophthalmologists spend zero time talking about your options. I went for cataract surgery and they just try and upsell you to their unneeded laser equipment that they push. I was quoted $6800 over want my insurance covered I had questions for the surgeon before surgery which is on Mondays told them the weds before I that I had questions for the doctor. Never heard from him and they are closed on Fridays. I studied about the surgery myself all weekend to see if I could find answers. I finally cancelled the surgery Monday morning.
