If you can make it to see Dr Tran great. Very difficult with staff. In the year and change ive been going there some issues that can look past, like having issues drawing blood *although hurt, but having to be argued doen in front of patients and staff about pricing, not ok and embarassing. You could just look that up to see what ive been paying. Was told telehealth visits were available, waited all day for a call (when thats what i asked for) in pain to hear Dr Tran wants to see you in person. Of course told me AFTER they closed. No apology, no nothing. And your paying for a service? Beyond rude. Dr Tran once you get to her finally is very respectful, listens to concerns and will help you. But the staff is unbelievable.
