Horribly rude. Doesnt read emails, challenged me on paymemt in person instead if just using common sense and looking at what have been paying without insurance. Asked if telehealth visits are avail, then told to come in person. Finally was able to get tele health visit. And not until i called did i get a half hearted apology for the inconvienve. Love Dr Tran but every visit Trang is involved in is horrible! The other girls are fine. Apparently the office manager. Not sure if its because im not vietnamese or because im black or just doesnt care but something is always an issue.

- Staff wasn't friendly
