This office is just plain dirty. They don't have hand sanitizer posted by the patient rooms. I have never seen an employee wash or use sanitizer before or after coming into the room or touching my child. The exam room surfaces are visibly unclean. Their "COVID practices" of parking lot check-in don't help a bit when they don't clean or disinfect the facility properly. We won't be returning. They need to be reported.
