I took my newborn to see Dr Guerin and she was wanted to do a procedure to dry out her umbilical cord stump. The doctor triwd to do the procedure then told me that she could get to the right spot to dry out e.g. cord. She still charged me for the treatment, six times more than the insurance allots for this procedure. I got stuck with the bill and the doctor refused to write of any part of it when I called the office. I will not be going back to this clinician!
