What stood out to me the most was the complete lack of interpersonal skills from the limited staff. Definitely did not feel welcome in this office by them with each appointment. Seemed there was only an interest in selling products. The doctor followed suit with lackluster interest in establishing rapport. Having only had several appointments, I had twice experienced 30-40 minute wait time, one of which included a treatment - and no apology. This is the only office where I had scheduled an appointment, came in as arranged, only to be told that I wasn't on the schedule and further, what I had come in for was not available. I actually had read the prior reviews and saw that others had similar negative experiences but I thought that since these were several years old, things may have changed- wrong. Never going back.
