I was there in November 2023. From setting up an appt, to the check in process, the 5 minute interaction I had with the doctor, to the billing, it was all inept. I gave them my insurance (I have two types; BCBS and Tricare), but they only entered one of them, so I received a bill, as they only billed one of my insurances. Then the time I spent with the doctor was all of five minutes, and he offered NO help, other than following up in a year to see if I may get more kidney stones with an X-Ray (I wanted to find out how I could prevent any future ones, or suggestions on avoiding them when possible). So disappointing and frustrating.

Doctor I trust and great facility.
I have been a patient of Urological Associates since 2012. Dr Chrissy saw me until his retirement and I see Dr Derksen for my appointments currently . I believe the doctors here are top notch doctors that care about you!
