This clinic was recommended by two friends. From my first call until my last visit, everyone, from the front desk to the meeting with Dr. Cote, was a very good experience.

Scheduling an appointment with Dr. Kavanagh was quick and easy and the staff were all very professional and pleasant. Following discussion and testing, Dr. Kavanagh quickly diagnosed the issue and took the time to discuss treatment options addressing my concerns. Dr Kavanaugh was thorough in examining my ankles and shared what she was seeing and feeling. She xrayed a foot with a clever device in her office that I simply placed my foot on. During her examinations she has clearly explained her findings, so that I knew what to do and not do, such as limit my activity and beware of transitions from wet areas to tiled or smooth walking surfaces. For someone who never has had a boot, these practical caveats and recommendations were helpful. Her manner is warm and personable and inviting for any questions, including ones not about my ankle issue but other feet and toe questions.She put a boot on me with instructions, including a hint on taping the end of the Velcro to grab it better. Those straps can be tough to unpeel! This hint made taking the boot on and off much easier. Plus she gave instruction to keep my ankle back in the boot and why: for proper alignment. The point is that her attention to detail, knowledge, care, and manner earn five stars

Have been going to this establishment for foot care for approximately 2 years. The staff and Dr. are fantastic. Care has been great and problems with foot pain have been cared for in a compassionate and understanding manner.

Staff is professional and efficient. Dr. Hatch performed Lapiplasty (bunion) procedure on both of my feet, 7 months apart. Excellent results!! He is an amazing , caring, professional doctor. He took the time to explain every step. Post surgical care was excellent and following directions I healed quickly. He was even meticulous matching my tattoo back together. Without hesitation I would visit him for all of my foot care.

I saw Dr Jovic for a toe procedure. She explained the procedure thoroughly and answered my questions. The staff was attentive and professional. All around a good experience.

Showed up with infection and the doctor described my problem and did surgery in that visit. The surgery went well and was painless.

Dr. Jaakola is one of the best foot doctors around. The staff seems always to be friendly and efficient. I am so glad I found Dr. Jaakola and his office.
