No longer feels like true wellness care
I have been going to Dr. Borja and the Columbine Family practice since 2021. I can say the staff have always been nice to deal with. But it no longer feels like I'm in a doctor's care, but just another customer to charge. I don't know why I've bothered to go to any Wellness checkups because if I dare even mention how I'm feeling or if I have an ache, I get charged because 'we discussed an issue'. What's the point of wellness check ups if not to discuss your 'wellness' or an area of concern in your over all health that might need to be addressed. And it's not like I've spent more than 20 minutes with the doctor. I am now looking for another practice that is more focused on true wellness and not just looking for extra reasons to increase the bill. It's really disappointing.
