How did she become a doctor?
This person, I can't call her a doctor has no clue about medicine. Two visits two different issues she looked at me like I am an alien. I bet she went to her office and started looking online for answers. She looked like she passed her exams through different channels. Wow! This is why I don't go to doctors. Nasty experience. Billed my insurance twice because some questions were not related to annual checkup.

Lack of Care
I had a hormone therapy appointment cancelled and rescheduled 3 weeks in a row. I had this planned prior to leaving the country for extended travel. The office contacted me last minute for all reschedules. The last reschedule they said I was one week overdue for blood work and the doctor would not do the hormone therapy without new blood panels. This required another week before I could be seen. The combination of lack of scheduling execution and the complete lack of patient care has inspired me to write this warning. This practice does not care about its patients, please find another primary care. Others do seem to care.

I recently had two visits with Dr. Borja and was very disappointed. Both times I felt like she was in such a hurry that the quality of care was compromised. I essentially had a very short visit and she did not provide an opportunity for me to ask questions. She essentially abruptly left both appointments before I had a chance to ask my questions. Once by hanging up on a telemedicine call and once by sending me to get a blood test during an office visit where she did not return after my blood was drawn. Additionally there was no follow-up when I got the results of my test even though I requested a 5 minute call to ask a few questions. I felt like the experience was transactional which is not ideal for quality care. I recently switched to another practice and the level of care and attention is significantly better.
