We aren’t going here again!
We went to see Dr. Patrick for a primary care visit. But she didn’t do any wellness checks, she didn’t even bring a stethoscope, and wrongly claimed it as an office visit saying we visited with a health concern. So we expressed our disappointment in the follow up message. Then the Practice Manager Patricia B called us to say that they were all correct, we the patient is wrong, but she may try to do claim adjustments later in 180 days, and finally told us “don’t visit this practice anymore, go shop around for another doctor like how you do shop for a car, Dr Patrick said she won’t be seeing you again”. Wow, what a practice this is!!
