My PCP whom I have been able to get an appointment to see for more than three years moved to this practice, so when I had an issue I thought I’d try. As usual she was too busy, but they set me up with Dr. Xun. Nice enough during appointments, but when we discovered a serious blood condition needing urgent follow up care, he just completely ghosted me. I was told by him two different time that he’d call and discuss my condition, and neither time did he call. So I ended up in the hospital for three days, still have a condition that needs weekly monitoring and I have to find a whole new practice because I will never go back here again. Terrible follow through and absolutely no continuity of care because you’ll never get to see the same person.
