Very knowledgeable doctor, I’ve been having back issues and is there to talk to you about the issues and helps you resolve the issues.

I am very pleased with my provider and the office staff.

It was for medication

I went in for a shot in my back. The ladies up front were very nice. The office is pretty it’s nice and clean. When they called me back I had a nurse that gave me a gown & was with me until I went into the room for the shot. Then I got a new nurse that stayed with me. I forgot Dr. Medina came by & checked on me before we went into the room. He wanted to see if I had any questions and he marks the area for the shot. When he gave me the shot he tells me everything he is doing. It didn’t hurt at all. Then I go back to the room where I put the gown on. I put my clothes on. They give me paper work on things to expect and phone numbers if I need them. Long story short. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and knowledgeable. Everything is clean & everyone is very nice & very helpful. I give them a 10 plus.

The staff is always accommodating and I’m greeted very warmly at the reception area. The entire staff does a wonderful job. Definitely a 10 out of 10

I was called promptly at my appointment time. The triage was immediate and Ann came in shortly afterward. She was thorough in explaining the upcoming procedure. Asked if we had questions and they were answered to my satisfaction. This practice is always like this They know us and treat us with respect as I have also seen them do with other people.

Very well done today Susan was very understanding with my problem she listened to me which made my day thank you
