Seen Daniel today, I was in an out! He is always efficient and through.

They are awesome. They've helped me with all my pains I'm very happy with Dr. Cases and Daniel . There staff if very nice too.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cases for more than 8 years, though for the last 2 years my visits have been primarily with Daniel Marsden, PA. I have found both to be personable & very helpful in managing my chronic pain. They are willing to work with me to find the best treatment without pressuring me to try things with which I am not comfortable. I appreciate that Daniel Marsden, takes such thorough notes by which he remembers what we discussed at prior visits. The office staff has also been very helpful whenever I have an issue with my insurance or pharmacy. New patients should expect a longer wait time and or visit because they are thorough & don’t just rush you through… also, sometimes patients are scheduled more closely together than they should be but they have little control over that, as that is usually done by the call center. Once you are established, the wait times get better, but they do vary based on day & time. However, I find them to be worth the wait.

Good staff, good doctors

At my appointment on Jan 13 2025 I was met with attitude, tension and treated like an inconvenience. I was also subjected to hearing the office staff and Drs talk about me in an unprofessional manner. What did she want? What’s the problem now?! I guess they don’t realize those walls are paper thin, even when you whisper.This is the SECOND time, 2022 first time and I just gave up. I have gone thru this with PPAO and Dr Cases office in Sun City Center. I’ve emailed the office and requested information and no one will email me back. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and no one calls me back or I’m denied because they are in a meeting. There’s nothing but finger pointing between the PPAO referral department and the Sun City Center Office. THE ONLY office staff that has been kind and actually helped me in the beginning of the below fiasco was KJ. This needs to be addressed especially for someone who has been coming to see Dr Cases for 10 years

Dr.Cases was recommended to me by a friend of his. I am new to Florida and had to find a permanent pain doctor here. There is always a learning curve to how an office is run and after learning this, I’ve adjusted and it’s a smooth transition. Dr. Cases has earned my trust and respect as both a doctor and a person. He is on spot with medical recommendations for me short term & long term. He is very nice and I feel he understands & cares about my treatment. He has extensive knowledge & experience in pain management and also providing surgeries or procedures. I’ve also seen Daniel several times and he is also very nice, I am very comfortable with his expertise as well. The staff is great.Overall I have found my permanent pain doctors in Florida :)

My visit with Daniel is always professional. I get in very quickly, no wait time. He is very interested about my concerns, he listens & shows he cares about me & how I feel. Never rushes me & never looks at his watch as so many doctors do. I have gone to other pain management doctors, many many years it just seems that Daniel & Dr. Cases believe that i am hurting so bad, never judging me, and wants to help in every way possible to make my life better. Living in pain is no joke and they know it. They do give me hope.

I saw the PA for the first time, and he spent time answering all of my questions. I had some new issues to discuss, and he was extremely knowledgeable. I am grateful to him and the entire staff who go out of their way to help me live my best life.

I have been with Dr Cases for years now. and am pleased to say I feel I also get excellent care from Daniel Mardsen. I feel listened to and my concerns listened to. My options are explained thoroughly in a way that is understandable. I highly recommend him. I appreciate that the women at reception understand I am immune compromised. They are always very professional and approachable. I have and will continue recommending this practice.
