I visited this office three times. First appointment, good potential. Ran all of the gut tests I was looking for (all self paid, not through my insurance). Second appointment, decent, went over all the results and sold me an additional $300 worth of supplements. Third appointment, waste of time but I needed my thyroid meds refilled. The office staff did not send the script. Pharmacy requested a refill three times with no response. I called the office, no answer. Left text like their voicemail says, no response. Few days later, text and called again, no response. Week later, called again, left a voicemail, no response. It has now been 20 days since the original refill request, still no contact from their office. If you’re looking for a naturopath, find someone else. Hormone replacement, find someone else. If you want to waste money on bogus supplements, not have prescriptions refilled, be ignored, and pay out the a** for poor care, go here!

After being a patient here for many years it was time to make a change. Used to be a good office with friendly staff but that has changed. Billing issues, longer and longer wait times, a dismissive staff that treats you more like a cow heading to slaughter than a patient they are sadly unempathetic no matter how polite you are. If you are really sick and need a doctor it’ll be weeks before you can get in and you are told that an urgent care would be a better option. I’m sure this isn’t the only dr office like this especially in these times but if you really want to feel like someone actually cares about you in the slightest I would advise moving on…
