Dr. David Moreno, MD

The office staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. The wait times are acceptable, the office is very pleasant, clean and comfortable. Dr. Moreno has been willing and gone above to help me better understand my personal health care needs, always looking for the root cause of any concern or issue, not just looking to put a band aide on the issue and concern. I truly appreciate the staff and would recommend him to anyone looking for quality health care.

Dr. Morino is very personable and concerned with my health concerns. He took time to plan an approach to address issues that I presented. His office staff and other medical staff are wonderful. My husband went in for a follow up visit after a horrific accident. He was so kind, gentle and caring. Offering to assist in any way at any time, that was so appreciated.

My husband needed a check up and does not have health insurance right now. I called and spoke with Dana the receptionist there. She gave us a prompt appointment. Dr. Moreno was great, nice personality, friendly and seems to be very intelligent. My husband got a good physical and his labs came back good. Doc said he is in better shape then him, we will return to see him again.

The front desk receptionists name is Bianca. She is just a bad person in general. Never answers calls or returns them. When you complain she lies and says she returns all calls. NOT TRUE. If she does answer, she immediatly will put you on hold and leave you there, or simply disconnect you. So after an afternoon of calling and calling I decided to drive there. I was greeted by an empty window, so I call the desk (while standing in front of it.) I hear her off to the side say "Oh it's this guy AGAIN and states my name. In her frustration she states..I'm clearing the board of all calls." (Even though there's absolutely nowone in the waiting room other than myself which she clearly didn't know I was standing in.) So I made her aware of my presence, and her attitude got far worse after that. She should be replaced with someone who actually does their job. I don't believe Dr. Moreno would appreciate knowing about how she treats his client's. He is a good Dr. But his staff are the worst..

Poor staff!

I went to Dr. Moreno 9 months ago and he listened to all my issues and gave treatment that helped. walking into his office was the best decision i have ever made truly helped me

dr moreno has been my doctor for 8 years i never waited more than 30 minutes for a appointment. was always able to make appointment in a timely manner and was very though. expect to have your labs done frequently he does the follow up...

My first appointment was very promising I really liked this doctor. However after a month and a half I went for my second appointment and was seen by a nurse practitioner who really did not know what she was doing she told me all my labs were perfect when the doctor came in he said I needed to be on specific medication and after 10 minutes he left the office and left the building. Two weeks later I was seen again where he still did not have all of my lab work, two months have gone by, (and again I had to ask for the test results of my food allergies) he said he didn’t have the results. Then after ranting with his staff he came back and told me I was allergic to specific Foods when I told him that I didn’t eat those foods he said the reason I was not losing weight was because I have been eating those foods. He accepts my insurance but tacks on all sorts of other fees that you are not told about until you check out. As a healthcare professional I would not recommend this doctor to anyo

Dr. Moreno helped me with my fibromyalgia pain and lack of energy by his test kits. I was disappointed that since 2000 I suffered with the pain and weakness, when all other drs had either misdiagnosed me or put me on pain meds. I will keep him as long as he's around. Thank You!! I’ve been going to Dr. Moreno for years. He is thorough and attenative, I wish I could say the same for his staff. Plan to wait an hour before seen. Don’t expect anything when you call for help unless you are the sqeaky wheel. The office manager does not know what she is doing and fails the staff and patients. You’d think she would know FS 627.376, EMC. Because of her ignorance may cost me thousands of dollars that would be covered by auto insurance if she knew what she was doing.

Very poor staff, billing issues always came up. Over charged for "functional medicine" and charged for free test kits from the lab. All other doctors we have gone to never charged for test kits or " functional medicine". Staff does not follow up with issues or refills. Never had such a poor experience with a doctor, gets anger when you ask questions.

I have been going to Dr. Moreno for years and have always had excellent care from the doctor. He does have a busy practice but he still takes the time to sit and talk with you regarding any treatment and his follow up has always been great.

I was only able to see the Nurse Practitioner at this practice, and found her expertise and attention adequate. Follow up was difficult as they could not locate my treatment records, and they took nearly four months to actually process billing for the initial exam.

I have known Dr. Moreno since 2004, he is a good doctor, and cares about his patients.
