Fraud & Dismissive - Avoid
Overall, I would give 0 stars to this practice if I could. My experience from finding out I was pregnant all the way to 5 months after my baby was born were all atrocious. Issues include: -Staff doesn't care about patient comfort -Staff is verbally abusive to patients -Doctors are dismissive of patient concerns -Refused to provide ultrasound photos if they feel 'rushed'-Dr. Allen committed actual medical fraud -Tried to steal more than $2000 from us My experience here made me question if I wouldn't be better off going through the pregnancy without a doctor were I to ever get pregnant again. Quite frankly, I would be embarrassed and afraid to be the owner of this practice, knowing that his staff single-handedly ruined pregnancy for me, and that they could very easily lose coverage of the practice due to how they handle themselves.
