Dr. Denise Klemczak, DO

Dr. Kelmczak came to visit me shortly after having my baby via c-section. She did not listen to me and dismissed all of my concerns, which turned out to be postpartum preeclampsia. She was extremely rude and left me in tears. She was quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor in my entire life.

Dr. Klemczak was my physician when I went to give birth at celebration hospital. She forced me to stay in labor 40 hours when I kept begging for a c section. Due to this delay my child was in distress, passed mecronium in uterus, and once the new doctor came on shift I finally was able to have a c section which was immediately suggested. Due to her forcing me to stay in labor instead of doing the surgery, I had a month long recovery with infections from the mecronium etc. Dr. Klemczak acted very unprofessional with myself and my husband stating that I wasn't trying to rest (although the nurses and doctors kept coming in to wake me to switch positions) and raised her voice at my husband when he kept insisting that this was enough torture after more than 30 hours of labor. Due to all of her actions, I had PTSD from the labor experience which included anemia, dehydration, a blood transfusion, failed epidural and spinal block.

Dr. Klemczak was a phenomenal in helping to bring our angel into the world. She cares about her patients and listens to what the mom wants and clearly explains the options and next steps. Level of care phenomenal.

Dr Denise is excellent and I trusted every decision she took all throughout my pregnancy. Hunters Creek office is not as good since it is very difficult to get responses from nurse for any medical question or even non medical help such as FMLA documentation, unless you visit the office they would rarely respond and there is no way they would answer phone calls. If it were not for Dr Denise, I would have long changed the provider only due to the sporting staff.

Dr. Klemczak is my hero. I am 31 y.o. this year and I have NEVER had a better doctor. She is professional, knowledgeable, and cares very much for each individual patient. I would highly recommend anyone to her for women's health services.

Wait was too long and this office has a lack of customer service ! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

As a first time patient I made an appointment and was never seen by the doctor but instead the practitioner. When asked by the doctor, I was told that she was not in. Will not return or recommend this office ever.
