Urgent Care that DOESN'T CARE
First initial visit should have warned me not to come back! I asked if there was the usual paperwork I could fil lout in advance and got the link printed, completed and brought them in with me. I get called in and getting my vitals and questions asked... All my information is on the paperwork I gave you. GO GET IT because I don't know the proper spelling of the meds I take and OBVIOUSLY neither did she as she looked at me with a blank stare thru a mask after there is no longer a pandemic. OK so we're playing this game, I pull out my phone and make her wait as I look up all the info I gave them in writing. Next I see the doctor, Anthony Ngo and I get yet again the same questions so I stop him and ask him, what's the purpose of filling out paperwork and then I have someone ask me the same questions and refuse to look at the paperwork to then have you again ask me the same questions? The doctor shuts his laptop and replies with a bit of attitude. (not enough characters to continue)

I have been a patient of Dr NGO since 2011. He is very patient and at times have a sense of humor. While I being managed for type 2 diabetes, Dr NGO advises me on meal plans, exercise while keeping an eye on his A1C and glucose levels. He manages all my tests and ensures that for every surgery he checks everything. While I haven’t been the best patient, I know that he never gave up on me. He has cheered me on with each goal achieved. I highly recommend him as your GP

I've been going to this practice for several years and most recently their staff at the reception desk is lacking in professionalism to say the least. When calling either office (Clearwater or Pinellas Park), I'm on hold for a lengthy amount of time. The receptionists at both facilities are unprofessional in handling appointment settings and cancelations. This issue needs to be resolved, sooner rather than later.
