Summer 2024, one of the surgeons (very nice personality) suggested to remove my gallbladder- I insisted for more testing (just in case…) Sure enough, after a HIDA scan’s results, the surgery was no longer necessary - The staff made many mistakes and became very agressive - Do not upset them by contradicting them and asking too many questions - Following MANY issues, they kicked me out and sent me a letter of dismissal because I had shamed them - Their best defense was offense - Following my request, I received my doctor’s notes which were inaccurate and incomplete- Their website platform did not work for me and the staff couldn’t help with it - It is impossible to find out who owns those clinics and talking to them - The staff doesn’t seem to have any “HIGHER” authority to answer to and they poorly manage themselves
