) On February 15, 2021 I met with Dr. R. Thad Goodwin MD for my annual winter eye checkup. left eye pressure was 14, right eye 22. I was taking Lumigan and Cosopt eye drops for moderate glaucoma condition He recommended I have a cataract removed and assured me there would be no problems He said my vision would most likely improve.. After the surgery my optic nerve was destroyed and I’ve been blind in my right eye since. I found out later that my optic nerve will never restore and I should have been warned of the greater risk of this trajic occurrence.
