Dr. Robbins is fantastic! Takes the time to perform or order all tests to get to a realistic evaluation of my eye problems. Trust him completely! Paige is wonderful in helping pick out glasses, frames, and redoing the lens with a new prescription! And Malyka was wonderful in assisting in setting up future appointments. Nothing but the best to say about Bowden eye and their entire staff!

I’ve been a patient at Bowden Eye for several years, with most visits at the Northside location where I see Dr Griffith. From the time you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendliest staff. Hope and the ladies in the back are great and are very proficient at what they do. Everyone calls me by name and asks how I’m doing. Dr Griffith is a true professional, he walks you through every step of your visit, answering any questions you may have. If additional procedures are needed he explains the need and the cost. GREAT STAFF!

Never go here, they use an app for their appointments that are useless. Drove here to get contact check and they thought I was here for glasses, when I said no contacts they told me that I have to make a 2nd appointment and that they don’t have any available. Very bad customer service to use an application that won’t forward the documents or will allow you to make the correct type of appointment. I would stay away from this place until they discontinue the use of the application, or they have an employee call and validate the appointment data directly. Very very very disappointed, canceled my appointment and my wife’s tomorrow. Sad very sad, all the flowing reviews and I run smack into a wall.

Absolutely the most comprehensive exam I ever had. They addressed every concern I had. Looking forward to all future visits!
