Mciver Clinic

This is not a review of the doctors but the office management. I received a letter on Jan. 17 telling me to make a follow up appointment for May. I called the appointment line and was told I needed to talk to Shannon to schedule and they would leave her a message to call me. No call. Over the next 9 weeks I left no less that 12 messages to Shannon to call me and never received a call. I then called and demanded to talk to an office manager who did return my call. She then set the appt. And when I asked why no one returned my calls she berated me for trying to set the appt. So much ahead of time and since it was a ways off they just ignored my calls. Yet they sent me a letter telling me to set up the appointment. I said this was very inconsiderate to totally ignore 12 messages and she said that I was at fault and they were in the right to ignore me. Like I have so much time to waste to keep calling until they are “ ready” to set my appointment. I will complete this appointment
