Brain and Nerve Center

Office team is just a mess. For past 6 months something changed….Orders are not processed as needed. I had to call almost every month to get my treatment approved, authorized, communicated to correct Pharmacy. I’ve been with doctor 3 years so he did not change therapy. He changed his office team and it’s not working well for me. Monday I left voice mail, no call back. Wednesday, 20 minutes on hold, called back to tell them I was on hold. Simple customer service needed, just pick up line on hold and tell me that you will be with me shortly. It is not too much to ask. His office team makes him look bad. Doctor is doing just fine his job, knowledgable. I have no issues with doctor.
