Fantastic Follow-Up
I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I received a follow-up call to make an appointment to see Dr. Lombardo regarding my shoulder. The young lady's name is Jayda. Her phone voice is remarkable. She is very thorough, kind and very professional. We need more 'Jayda's' in the world when making Dr appointments because then it would be so 'oh gosh, I have to call and go see this Dr' phone call. Thank you Jayda for making my morning and thank you Steward Group for hiring such a very professional young lady.
