THE WORST!! My disability was denied due to lack of info and inaccurate medical records from this office! Insurance sent a request form for add info and office did not send back bc insurance didn’t pay $200 invoice for info that info! Office records i requested didn’t have accurate info re: main symptoms. If you’re looking for doctors who care and take time to explain and find your issue DONT bother. They send you for tests you come back for results and get no clarity! NP reads medical test results terms that you don’t understand and doesn’t even know what they are before seeing you. She had to google my results (not kidding) and still couldn’t explain what it meant or give straight answer whether it was related to root of my issues. She spends your appt time talking notes into her computer. She spends 10 mins with you and you leave with more questions than answers. Most importantly she sends you off with more meds and doesn’t follow through for further evaluation unless you ask. Saw

Extremely bad. Just one Doctor at these two locations, he is never at either location. Always has a PA handle calls. Look around the place in Poinciana there are nothing indicating where the Doctor went to schools. There also is not anything that explains who the PA’s are. If I go back there I will be sure to see their credentials before I have them do anything else. Actually this place is a waste of time. In fact after my last visit months ago I asked the PA for a copy of my visit. The info I did get had my name, address, phone number, etc. However the information on the chart contained notes on someone else. Tried to explain this to someone at the desk and she told me that is the information that the PA entered into the computer. Bad way for a Doctors office to operate. Yet it was co-signed by Dr. Nid. Bad place to go. Stay away.

DON'T DO IT...Dr. Nidadavolu's practice is easy to schedule an appointment for a reason! Patients NEVER return. Don't make the same mistake I did. Florida Institute of Neurology has horrible ratings for a reason. Don't be lured to this practice because it's difficult to get an appointment with other neurologist. It's easy to schedule an appointment with Dr. Nidadavolu because they are awful. I scheduled my initial consult with "Dr. Nidadavolu". Arrived at the office early as I was instructed. I was the only person in waiting area with exception of one other person who was waiting for their spouse. 1 hour and 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment, AFTER 5 or so people came in after me and were seen first, I was taken to a room. I had what I thought was my initial consult with "the doctor" only to find out several weeks later (by accident I may add) that I did not meet the doctor...rather his PA. Second appointment...1 1/2 hours late. NEVER AGAIN! DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

I was told on initial visit that I did not need a nerve study and I just had foot pain. I went to a Pediatrist and he told me I had nerve damage and to go back. Upon making a return visit, they reluctantly did the nerve test and was told that I have SEVERE NERVE damage! I then go for an MRI and it is all negative for damaged nerves.. This place should not practice medicine. Horrible communication and terrible diagnosis.
