My father has Myasthenias Gravis. His treatment was left to PAs whom have zero knowledge. Just one week before going into crisis, the PA told my father he did not think his symptoms were related to his Myasthenias gravis - even though he had the text book symptoms. My father ended up in the hospital for weeks in ICU. Do not go to this Dr!

Worst Experience Ever
I was at this doctor last year and he told his nurse practioner to tell me to look for a second opinion without even examining me!?!?!?then I asked to see him and he showed up at the door, barely entering the room and told me to go to a research clinic because my case was too complex. What a joke? Who does that. And guess what ? I still got charged for the appointment!! I don't think he knows what he is doing at all!

THE WORST!! My disability was denied due to lack of info and inaccurate medical records from this office! Insurance sent a request form for add info and office did not send back bc insurance didn’t pay $200 invoice for info that info! Office records i requested didn’t have accurate info re: main symptoms. If you’re looking for doctors who care and take time to explain and find your issue DONT bother. They send you for tests you come back for results and get no clarity! NP reads medical test results terms that you don’t understand and doesn’t even know what they are before seeing you. She had to google my results (not kidding) and still couldn’t explain what it meant or give straight answer whether it was related to root of my issues. She spends your appt time talking notes into her computer. She spends 10 mins with you and you leave with more questions than answers. Most importantly she sends you off with more meds and doesn’t follow through for further evaluation unless you ask. Saw actual Dr. once in 3 months, he didn’t ask me any questions about my situation. He performed a test and I was gone. If you have questions or concerns later about anything you need another appt with Dr. which costs another copay! Office Manager was of no help either with additional info I needed for ins. I was out of work for weeks and they were of 0 help! Waste of my valuable time especially when getting a diagnosis is so important for your health.

Never Saw the Doctor
Had appointment for a DOCTOR was assigned a PA. Never saw a doctor. PA decided to change my medication. I have been through them three times already, what I take and why - PAY ATTENTION!!. She decides she is over riding my Primary Doctor. No Need to speak to him..... No Way. WHEN I ASK FOR A DOCTOR, YOU TELL ME YOU ARE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT - IT IS A DOCTOR NOT THE PA. Mis-representation in the Medical Field.

DON'T DO IT...Dr. Nidadavolu's practice is easy to schedule an appointment for a reason! Patients NEVER return. Don't make the same mistake I did. Florida Institute of Neurology has horrible ratings for a reason. Don't be lured to this practice because it's difficult to get an appointment with other neurologist. It's easy to schedule an appointment with Dr. Nidadavolu because they are awful. I scheduled my initial consult with "Dr. Nidadavolu". Arrived at the office early as I was instructed. I was the only person in waiting area with exception of one other person who was waiting for their spouse. 1 hour and 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment, AFTER 5 or so people came in after me and were seen first, I was taken to a room. I had what I thought was my initial consult with "the doctor" only to find out several weeks later (by accident I may add) that I did not meet the doctor...rather his PA. Second appointment...1 1/2 hours late. NEVER AGAIN! DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

I have been calling for a week trying to get someone to tell me the results of a recent series of tests. They made me spread out the appointments for the tests over two months, keeping me waiting a ridiculous amount of time at every visit. (Once, when I arrived, they told me the provider was running two hours behind. TWO HOURS. I asked why they didn't call to let me know this before I left the house, and the person at the desk shrugged.) They schedule an appointment that was supposed to be about test results, except the person (not the doctor, of course) didn't have the results and didn't know how to get them. She promised to call me later that day or early the next week. It's now a week later, and no one has called me, even though I have left three messages. I can't even get through to schedule an appointment. I keep going back only because this is the only neurologist in a 20-mile radius that is covered by my insurance. Seriously, stay away.

I was rushed by one decision and then returned to get another opinion to find a completely different diagnosis. I do not think this man should be treating patients. To be told I have planters fasciitis upon the first visit, then being told I have severe case of Neuropathy on the next?!?!? MRI shows zero evidence. Finding a new DR.

This Dr. Nid and his wife are useless and don’t care about their patients. My husband and I called for four days straight asking for his medications to be corrected since they changed his dosage with an error in frequency. They never got back to us. I feel bad for the office staff who have to deal with patient issues that actually needs to be addressed by the Dr. He and/or his wife never contacted us to apologize for their error, or to find out if there was any issues related to the error made or needing attention; instead a text message was sent to let us know it was changed again. We will not be going back; upcoming appointment will be cancelled. Wish they had a 0 star rating. 1 star is to good for them.

Take this warning do not go to see this doctor if you want to receive care. My father had recently been released from the hospital went to see this doctor and was kept waiting for hours. After they took him back in the room the nurse actually left my parents sitting there unattended to finally they left. Is this the way that senior citizens should be treated people that are in their 80s and 90s I don't think so.

Dr. Nidadavolu took the TIME to LISTEN to me. He was very knowledgeable about what I had been going through, it was like he was PSYCHIC. If you want the best in this field, see him! He helps you as quickly as he can, he prescribed NEEDED MEDS right away. He orders extensive tests for you. He REALLY tries to get to the bottom of things and figure out the CAUSES of your symptoms, RATHER than just treating your symptoms. I have only seen him once and his professionalism and knowledge and kindness just blew me away. You will be in VERY good hands with this doctor. I feel safe under his care. If I could leave MORE THAN 5 STARS I would!!

His office is completely unprofessional. They admittedly leave their patients without access to medication for days. He is a neurologist yet is not prompt with renewing vital medications. My husband has been the victim of delay of care 3 months in a row. I physically had to go to the office and stand behind the provider to make sure that his script was sent to pharmacy. All patients don't have advocates which means that they continue to suffer. Worst practice ever!!!!!!!!!! AVOID

My one big complaint in the St. Cloud office is not being able to speak with someone or make an appointment 911. I already spoke with an office manager about this situation( when a person calls one of the first things the receptionist should ask is, why are they calling? Have they had an episode?). Twice including yesterday and today I called and I’m still waiting for a call back! Not nice. I love Dr Nid don’t get me wrong, when everyone else got it wrong he seemed to get it right, I hope.
