Richelle is a ray of sunshine! She has a warm friendly smile..... the best greeting when checking in for a medical appointment. She never changes ... no matter how busy it is or dealing with confused or grouchy patients. She is always friendly, while doing her job.... making sure she has all the needed information. One time I witnessed her handle a... let's say.... 'not so nice' man with perfect composure. She even smiles and says goodbye when you are leaving... if she's not helping another person.
