Dr Sanz, is a good doctor…Now the Office is horrible…the appointments are NEVER on time..expect to wait 1 to 2 hours after your scheduled appointment. I arrived at 8:50 for a 9 am..left at 10:30 a..did not see doctor or PA..this is the 3rd time I walk out. Staff dosent even inform you of wait time or delays. Looking now for a new doctor. So, remember bring a good book & lunch.

I work at Cleveland clinic hospital and called the referrals department to confirm the fax number and to make sure a patient was seen there. From the moment Shawn answered the phone his tone was of an annoyed person. Once he confirmed the information I needed I proceeded to ask for his name and the first letter of his last name. He answered with just his name, so I asked again for his last name initial and he blatantly hangs up on me. So rude and unnecessary. This speaks volumes about the kind of personnel that is hired in this office. I hope he doesn’t hang up on patients like this.

The last time I saw Dr Sanz i was worried about my blood work and he a sure me that it wasn’t too bad.

Dr. Sanz uncovered issues with my health in a highly proactive manner. His ability to sense and diagnose problems early makes him near perfect compared to others. I know I couldn't be doing better and feeling like myself without having found Dr. Sanz. He treats potential problems before they become actual problems. That's my kind of Dr. Lastly, he's pleasant, easy to talk to, explains, educates, and will respond to any questions. He goes from very serious to a manner that makes you feel like you've known him forever. He's friendly.

I have the pleasure to be Dr. Sanz patient for years since he had his own practice in St Lucie West, I had just moved to Port St Lucie. He always wants to know the bottom of the problem by ordering studies and explaining to the patient thoroughly what the treatment will be, I am very happy with Dr. Sanz and will recommend to my love ones and friends. Great Doctor.

This was my first visit. Check-in went ok. Doctor Sanz was a wiling listener getting up to date with my health situation and providing advice. Happy patient at this time.

Although I absolutely love Dr Sanz, I hate calling his office! I just spent 22 minutes on hold and when a girl picked up I gave her my name and DOB. Then click! The line went dead and she did not call me back. And this is not the first time this has happened. Every time I call, I have to hold for at least 10/15/20 minutes which is ridiculous! The problem is they have 35 doctors in the practice and not enough people to answer the phones. I moved from PSL 8 years ago but keep seeing him because I have a good patient/dr relationship with him. Unless they fix this phone problem, though, I may have to find a doctor who is not part of a bloated company where the patient's time and convenience means nothing to them. 5* for Dr Sanz, 0* for Heart & Family Health!

Dr. Sanz is the best. He actually listens and is not typing on a keyboard when you're speaking. He's down to earth, has a great sense of humor, patience and has a friendly manner. Always spends time with me.

Doctor Sanz Will not call a patient back to go over results. As a matter of fact, I sent a few messages via patient portal to him, and never got a reply from him either. My Labs were slightly off, and I would have still liked to have gone over them with him. The actual physical exam was not even close to thorough. I had a decent amount of wait time, And then probably spent about 10 minutes with the doctor! They are more interested in money than care. I will not return, And I do Not recommend this Facility. It's unfortunate...

Dr Sanz is polite, professional and friendly. Take the time to speak with the patient and answer all the questions. Off course I recommend him to family and friends. Staff is excellent, polite, courteous and professional.

The Doctor was very personal and thorough, he took the time to talk to me , he is excellent I have not had a better experience on a Doctor visit, I am lucky to have found him, He was recommended by other folks who knew of his reputation I was very satisfied.. Great staff as well friendly and professional!!

Dr Sanz has been my doctor for several years. He is always very professional but also has a sense of humor which many doctors don't. If you have concerns he listens. His medical knowledge has made me a very healthy 59 year old!
