TOTAL LIFE CHANGING NIGHTMARE. I had a deeply horrifying experience with Dr. Chin and his team throughout my spine diagnosis and surgery. Not only was he dismissive and condescending, stating 'I know you're in pain I've heard it 31 times today,' but he also mishandled my spine surgery, resulting in a significant hematoma, permanent nerve damage, missed fragment removal, and an urgent emergency surgery by a different surgeon. He and his team were reluctant to address this while I screamed in paralyzing pain for days on end after his first surgery and begged for help as the hematoma was forming. The staff was so consistently unresponsive that when my mother finally spoke to someone she had to state 'YOU WOULDN'T TREAT A DOG LIKE THIS!' before receiving attention.What was supposed to be 'an easy 45 min surgery' (microdiscectomy) has now turned into a debilitating 2 year nightmare filled with surgeries and an exceedingly high amount of spine epidurals to try and help with the damage.

I have a follow appointment after Hip Replacement. No help to get from my car inside. Now when I call about the local KW location, I am told NO doctors will be populating this location for the summer.Waited on the phone over 1/2 hour just to find out these two issues KW does not provide for.
