AWFUL
Awful Awful Awful experienceMy husband and I went in for a skin screening on the 21st of May 2024 .Here it goes: We show up for our appointment and we then realized that we accidentally brought the wrong insurance card so when we got in there we made sure that the receptionist that we brought the wrong card and that she needed to call the number on the back of the insurance card to verify coverages. We also informed the receptionist that if you go to bcbs web site you WILL NOT FIND US, you need to make the phone call. The receptionist then replied 'Well I am a one man operation and it's another department that takes care of this.'So a few minutes later. My husband and I were called back up to the window and was told by this same lady that 'We couldn't find you or your wife on the BCBS SYSTEM 'Wow exactly what we previously said to her.BOTTOM LINE IS THAT SHE DIDN'T DO HER JOB!!!! If she would have made the phone call to verify our insurance we wouldn't have to make another appoin
