I had a basal cell carcinoma on my face that had infiltrated a significantly large area requiring extensive surgery. Dr. Lanoue was very thorough and examined each extraction until we reached clear margins. He clearly described each step in the process and ensured my comfort level during each step of the operation. Although we had to remove a very large area, the overall experience could not have gone better. Thank you to Dr. Lanoue and staff for my care during this procedure. This is my third basal cell extraction and I hope that those reading this realize how important it is to protect your skin from the harmful UVA & UVB rays of the Sun.

We just came from his office. He took a biopsy of my husband's eyelid. He explained everything very carefully before he did his work as he went along. He was so nice and assuring and calming. My husband's in a wheelchair and he assisted me getting him up on the table and off the table. Very very nice we give him the highest marks ever...

I was there early, because of transportation issues. To my surprise I was taken in early.Elizabeth was fantastic in explaining what was happening. Dr. Lanoue explained exactly what he was going to do. No more skin cancer was wonderful news.I was finished before my actual appointment.

Had 230 apt. and was not seen until 315. Never sat down. He did not spend more than 5 minutes with me after making me wait. Not impressed and will seek another dermatologist for my next visit. I felt cheated.

Dr Lanoue did my Mohn lip surgery March 29, 2022. He and his assistants were very efficient and kind . I do not do well with he numbing injections and I mean very hard for me to tolerate the pain of those injections and I did 3 of them . They were very patient with me and again kind , Dr Lanoue was very compassionate and caring of my fear which was on a very high level . I could not same enough of how kind and caring his bed side manner is . The best in my book !!
