Horrible as all the Facebook reviews say liars and all about pushing the bill up. Even my insurance company said my out of pocket costs they were asking for is double what it should be. Stay far away from this place

This place has HORRIBLE staff. They just want to bill you for ANYTHING. You dont get treatment unless you pay up front. OK, sure, I get it, people sometimes dont pay their bills. However, my family and I received a blank bill for $100. Just a bill in the mail demanding $100 and zero explanation. When I called and asked what it was about, the lady just rudely said 'thats what you owe' I asked what is it for? She could not explain it. Nobody could tell me what it was for. So, I refused to pay for it. I then checked my explanation of benefits with my provider, and there was nothing i owed. So the bill kept coming, I kept calling and asking what its for, and nobody could give me an answer. Eventually, they would not even return my phone call. finally, they sent it to collections and now I have an aggressive collections agency after me for $125 because they jacked it up and still cant explain whats its for. I dont care about $100 dollars, I really dont. But Im not just going to pay made up

This dental practice was nothing but bad news and I would never go back. Yes, they have friendly staff and top of line equipment but that's where the positive experience ends. I needed a crown replaced and under Dr. Machado's care, I had to return 5 times to finally get my permanent crown. Over and over again, did the newly made crowns either arrive cracked, were cracked while being placed or simply did not fit. My temporary came off just before Christmas and noone was available to help or even answer the phone. I had to be without crown and my tooth exposed for a couple of days. Throughout all the visits, Dr. Machado's highest priority seemed to be to sign you up for the next treatment plan. More crowns, root canal, cancer test, deep cleaning, you name it, I needed it. These plans were presented under anesthesia. So was the contract where I signed for the cost, for my initial crown.
