If I could give this place a zero I would. The first time I ever tried to contact this office I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. Since I was at work I had to hang up and call back. Each time being put on hold for an outrageous amount of time. Charlene, if you ever have the joy of talking to her is a condescending, rude, unprofessional, miserable human. I have gone round and round with this office, and today was it. I waited for my 3 month appointment and they never called me and they proceeded to tell me that the doctor wasn’t seeing as many patients as before and that I wouldn’t be able to be seen until April, 2 months AFTER my appointment should have been. Charlene continued her condescending comments and basically told me I could go elsewhere. Sadly, I did tell the doctor of all her actions leading up to this before and she seemed to defend her staff. There is many more issues that I cant fit on here, but I am choosing to not get treated at all over the stress this place causes
